Here you can enable markers and show a message when one is added automatically.

The following markers can be added automatically to identify specific events:

Device's boot
Battery change, changing battery profile for tracking configuration changes is only considered after/since last reboot!
Plug-state changes
ROM changes, on boot after flashing a new ROM
Kernel changes, on boot after flashing a new Kernel (or a new ROM containing a different kernel).
Profile changes, when you apply manually a device's profile or automatically.
