You share what you want. We only track unofficial copies.
Nothing leaves your device on its own. Two features let you choose to send us something, and one automatic check exists purely to catch pirated copies of our apps. That’s everything.
Share your stats (optional)
Some apps can publish an anonymous snapshot of your device — for example battery health — so you can compare it with other owners of the same model. It’s off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time from the app’s settings. What’s shared is anonymous: no name, account, or identifier that could point back to you, and you’ll see the comparison stats before you decide to keep sharing.
Send a diagnostic report (optional)
If you contact us for support, the app can put together a short report about your device and the app itself, and hand it to your own email app so you can look it over, add your own message, and send it yourself. Nothing is sent unless you tap send.
Google Drive backup
Some apps let you connect your own Google Drive to back up things like your messages and call log. That connection is directly between you and Google – we never see or receive any of it.
Unofficial copies of our apps
A genuine, officially signed app never sends us anything. If an app has been modified and redistributed by someone else, that copy sends a small daily report identifying the counterfeit build itself — the certificate it’s signed with, its package name and version — so we can detect unauthorized redistribution. No personal information, and nothing from inside the app.
Ads
Some apps show ads. We don’t set cookies ourselves; Google’s ad partners may, and European users can opt out through Google’s own settings.
