Fake review 2
Important notice: I try to help every user contacting me, even when the issue is not related to my apps, so it's really annoying to be publicly stabbed in the back later. This page tries to establish the truth when false information are being published publicly.
If you ever happen to stumble on this review:
The conversation started about an issue with Xposed framework, reported on XDA Xposed thread which was solved by Xposed developer:
It then proceeded on missing features that actually do exists in the app, and user stopped replying to my questions to figure out what was missing.
Stock = fast charge option does not exists and likely not to be enabled by default (however on recent devices it is).
Firewall usually work on kernels 3.0 and above, but some manufacturers just disable it on stock, even rooted won’t work, need a custom kernel.
However both screens are available as long as your device is rooted. Don’t you have the firewall in network manager and the miscellaneous tab in system manager?

For framework issues you should refer to the XDA thread where you download it from. You’ll get a solution much faster that way.
From what you’re saying it might be related to the framework app not having root access. But the framework dev will definitely be able to help better.
