{"id":694,"date":"2025-03-23T10:15:24","date_gmt":"2025-03-23T09:15:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/3c71.com\/wp\/?p=694"},"modified":"2025-03-23T10:15:26","modified_gmt":"2025-03-23T09:15:26","slug":"problems-updating-installing-purchasing-applications","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/3c71.com\/wp\/problems-updating-installing-purchasing-applications\/","title":{"rendered":"Problems updating\/installing\/purchasing applications"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If you experience one of the following issues on your device, please read below for some hints to solve them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Download does not start or is suspended<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation never starts after download<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receiving an error after when installing\/updating<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-app purchases are not up-to-date or fail with &#8220;already owned&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that the&nbsp;browsing, downloading and installing apps are all under Google&#8217;s control (or Amazon if using Amazon Store) and Android OS. I have no control whatsoever over the distribution process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following steps usually solve it for most users:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear\u00a0app\u00a0data and cache on the following apps: Play Store, Play Services and Google Services Framework<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optionally reboot or launch Play Store and open concerned app page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If it doesn&#8217;t resolve your issue, please check the following links:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.fr\/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&amp;rlz=1C1CHWL_enFR628FR628&amp;ion=1&amp;espv=2&amp;ie=UTF-8#q=fix+play+store+errors\">Fix Play Store errors<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/googleplay\/topic\/2999682\">Google Play Help<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You might want to try a little later as licensing information may take a day (2 at worse) to spread across Google&#8217;s servers.
