Stopping app no longer working on non-rooted devices

Stopping apps on non-rooted devices requires enabling accessibility service.

It may happen that the accessibility service is disabled by Android OS, if app is not used for some time, after an app update, if app is force-stopped.

In such case you will have to re-enable the accessibility service to restore the functionality. Note that sometimes the service appears enabled but is actually disabled, please disable and re-enable.

Alternatively you may try 3C Companion that will enable that feature and many other without the need for the accessibility service.
