Battery calibration settings

Those settings are close to obsolete.

You can set battery capacity from configuration wizard at any time, based on actual calculattions.

Calculating % from mV is a bad idea and often confusing users because the app will report a % different from Android reported Android.

Only useful if Android % reporting is broken.
