Network manager UI settings

One option allows you to define the start day (of the month) of your mobile data cycle.

It is used to display statistics and graphics based on your current or previous mobile data cycle.

The options for send/receive colors are only used in device's manager summary tab, the app using theme color whenever possible and splitting send/receive graphics.
